Eats - Gluten Free Sweet Potato Fries + FYH Vegan/GF Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

I've never met a fry I didn't like and these sweet potato fries couldn't be better dipped in Follow Your Heart's Honey Mustard salad dressing. This was a super easy snack to make in my copper air crisper. 

I set my oven to 400* and started chopping up one large sweet potato, then lightly tossed in olive oil, Himalayan pink sea salt, and ground black pepper. 

I laid them out on the air crisper and baked for 10 minutes, flipped, then baked for another 10 minutes.  I had to do two rounds to fit all the fries, so this snack took me about 40 minutes in total. Totally worth it!
